Why not get the job done RIGHT the first time?

We here at SERVPRO of South Springfield/Agawam are always getting calls to come in to correct someone else's work. Or worse, having to start from scratch and do it all over again. Sometimes costing the homeowner additional out of pocket expenses, if the insurance carrier refuses to cover the bill a second time. 

We often hear "we didn't realize how involved the process is" or "my contractor said they could do the work". 

The best advise we can give our customers is to make sure that the company they hire to clean up any issue whether its water, mold, smoke or fire damage have experience doing so. Ask them if they are IICRC certified. This certification is what makes SERVPRO knowledgeable in our field.
