Leaking water heater.

This home owner had found their hot water heater leaking into their finished basement. Notice the high amount of personal property, in the affected area. Our crew sorted and disposed of non-salvageable items while documenting appropriately for the claims process. They then tackled the non-salvageable building materials to get the space ready for drying. 

After the demolition our crew focused drying on affected wall cavities to prevent deterioration and microbial growth. Due to pre-existing contamination our crew applied broad band disinfectant and thoroughly cleaned the area. 

The end result shown in the after picture is a clean and dry space ready for rebuild services.
