Commercial Water Damage

This commercial property had water damage from a pipe break in an adjacent unit.  Water damage of this kind can be severe on certain materials, but this hallway did not need carpet removal.  When a space is affected a trained expert can determine salvageability of the materials while ensuring proper drying. In this instance we did not have to dispose of the carpet but did make a flood cut to properly dry the studs.
